FP Executive Landscapes is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead Irrigation & Fertilizer Specialist to join our growing commercial landscaping team in Charlotte, NC. 
This hands-on leadership position is responsible for overseeing irrigation system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, along with fertilizer applications and the overall health of turf and landscape areas across commercial properties. 
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems with experience in fertilizer applications, turf and plant health, and field crew leadership. This individual will work closely with operations management, field supervisors, and property managers to ensure high-quality service, efficient water management, and consistent landscape performance. 
Compensation 
The anticipated pay range is $25–$32 per hour, depending on relevant experience, technical expertise, certifications, and leadership capabilities. 
Candidates with extensive commercial irrigation experience, strong diagnostic skills, applicable applicator credentials, and a proven ability to lead field crews may qualify for the upper end of the range. xzbcwsv
