About TryAi

TryAi is building the next generation of AI-led visual storytelling, creating AI brand films, vertical series, micro dramas and digital-first entertainment .

We are looking for an AI Video Producer who can sit at the intersection of creative, production, AI filmmaking and team management and turn ambitious ideas into compelling finished films.

This is a crucial role at TryAi . You will work closely with the Creative Director and lead the entire execution ecosystem across AI generation, animation, editing, motion graphics and post-production.

What You'll Own

• Lead the production of AI micro dramas, vertical series, AI films and digital video content
• Work closely with the Creative Director to translate creative vision into executable films
• Manage and coordinate a team of Senior Animators, Animators, Video Editors, Motion Graphics Designers and other creative specialists
• Own the project from pre-production → AI generation → animation → editing → motion graphics → final delivery
• Ensure projects move seamlessly through the production pipeline without bottlenecks
• Build production schedules, assign resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise AI-generated visuals, character consistency, environments, animation and scene continuity
• Work with editors and motion designers to create strong pacing, transitions, titles, graphics and visual storytelling
• Ensure every episode maintains creative consistency, visual quality and storytelling continuity
• Build episode structures with strong hooks, pacing, cliffhangers and retention moments
• Optimise content specifically for vertical/mobile-first viewing
• Review cuts, give precise creative and technical feedback and drive revisions to completion
• Track timelines, deliverables and production quality across the team
• Analyse audience retention and performance data and work with the creative team to continuously improve content

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in video production, animation, post-production, digital content or related fields
• Strong experience managing creative production teams
• Experience working with animators, editors and motion graphics teams
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual language, editing and production workflows
• Hands-on understanding of AI video generation / generative AI tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Flux, Sora or similar AI platforms is a strong advantage
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent editing/motion tools
• Strong understanding of vertical video, Reels, Shorts and mobile-first storytelling
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines without losing creative quality
• Strong eye for visual quality, continuity and detail
• Ability to challenge, collaborate and problem-solve with the Creative Director

Most Importantly

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate AI tools.

We're looking for a producer who knows how to make a team fly.

Someone who can take a creative idea, build the right production workflow around it, get the right people moving, solve problems quickly and deliver a finished, binge-worthy piece of content .

This person will be one of the key execution leaders at TryAi and will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director to build our AI storytelling slate.

The Role Requires Someone Who Can

Think creatively.

Understand production deeply.

Manage people firmly.

Move extremely fast.

You should be comfortable moving between a creative discussion with the Creative Director, a production review with animators, an AI generation workflow and a final edit review, sometimes all in the same hour.
