<p> Key Responsibilities </p> 3 D Modeling &amp; Design: Create, update, and maintain detailed 3 D MEP models using Revit, focusing on accuracy. Clash Detection &amp; Coordination: Identify and resolve interferences between MEP systems and structural/architectural components using Navisworks. Documentation: Generate 2 D construction documents, shop drawings, riser diagrams, and fabrication drawings from 3 D models. Standards Compliance: Maintain Project BIM standards, modeling protocols, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements. Scan-to-BIM: Convert point cloud data/laser scans into accurate Revit models. <p> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications </p> Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Auto CAD. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical system design. Experience: Typically 2–5 years in MEP modeling within the construction or engineering industry. Collaboration: Ability to work with project teams and communicate effectively.
