Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business and investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, competitive assessments, and industry diligence.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, valuation, projected returns, and alternative operating scenarios.
• Conduct company-level and industry research, synthesizing financial, operational, and market data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, analytical materials, and recommendations for senior leadership to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments, including KPI analysis, periodic reporting, forecasting, and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate business opportunities, identify potential risks, and assess opportunities for long-term growth and value creation.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-4 years finance/investments experience within investment banking, real estate, private investments, M&A or Consulting
• Strong financial modeling - ability to create models from scratch

Compensation: The posted compensation range is inclusive of base salary, bonus, and other applicable forms of cash compensation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
