Assistant General Manager – Sales | North India
We are hiring for a leading and fast-growing organization in the Agri Machinery & Farm Mechanization sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth across North India by leading machinery and silage sales, expanding dealer networks, and strengthening institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Drive sales of agricultural machinery, farm equipment, and silage solutions.
• Build and expand dealer and distributor networks across North India.
• Lead institutional sales with dairy farms, FPOs, contractors, and key accounts.
• Manage Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, collections, and business planning.
• Conduct dealer meets, product demonstrations, and market development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
15–18 years of experience in Agricultural Machinery, Farm Equipment, Tractors, Silage, Dairy Feed, Agri Inputs, or allied industries. Strong expertise in Dealer Development, Channel Sales, Distribution Management, and Institutional Sales. Proven experience managing multi-state sales operations and leading high-performing teams. MBA (Sales/Marketing/Agri Business) or Agriculture/Engineering background preferred.Location: Remote (Preferred: North India)
