Compensation: $105,000 annually DOE + 5–10% bonus potential
What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the primary HR resource for plant employees and leadership.Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.Lead onboarding and support a positive new-hire experience.Partner with plant leaders on workforce planning and operational needs.Maintain employee records, performance reviews, and HRIS data.Coordinate with payroll and corporate HR teams.Identify workforce trends and recommend practical improvements.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:5+ years of HR experience.Strong people management experience.Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG experience preferred.Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.Comfort supporting plant leadership and hourly employees in a production environment. xzbcwsv Experience supporting multiple business units or shifts is a plus.
