Transylvania Regional Hospital seeks a Lead Clinical RN to coordinate high-quality patient care on our nursing unit. The Lead RN will oversee daily clinical operations, support and mentor staff nurses, and ensure evidence-based practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include patient assessment and care planning, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, managing workflow and staffing priorities, and supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives.
