IT Service Industry experience is mandatory.

Candidate must have strong experience in managing Mobile App OR Web Application projects.

Experience working in a service-based IT company with client-facing project delivery is mandatory.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in delivering software projects within the IT Service Industry, particularly Mobile Application and/or Web Application development projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of project execution, client management, technical coordination, and end-to-end project delivery. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with development, design, QA, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Mobile and Web Application projects.

Translate client requirements into clear technical execution plans.

Work closely with Developers, Designers, QA, Business Analysts, and other technical teams.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure effective implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and overall performance.

Drive client communication and stakeholder alignment.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Handle project planning, resource allocation, task assignment, and team coordination.

Support pre-sales activities, project estimation, and solution discussions.

Ensure project quality, scalability, performance, and delivery standards are maintained.

Identify project challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

Mandatory: Experience in an IT Service-Based Company.

Mandatory: Experience managing Mobile App OR Web Application development projects.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development processes and technical project execution.

Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional technical teams.

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand client requirements and ensure proper communication with internal teams.

Manage client expectations, project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct regular project updates and review meetings.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of project-related concerns.

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Project Management Responsibilities

Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Allocate resources effectively across projects.

Monitor team productivity and project performance.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Mandatory Requirements

1. 4+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience.

2. IT Service Industry experience is mandatory.

3. Experience managing Mobile App OR Web Application development projects is mandatory.

4. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

5. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and end-to-end software project delivery.

Candidates from non-IT industries or candidates without IT Service Industry and Mobile/Web Application project management experience will not be suitable for this position.
