LeBlanc Interior is a premium residential interior design and execution company based in Chennai. We specialize in creating high-quality interiors for apartments, villas, and individual homes.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Residential Interior Designer with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SketchUp and Enscape. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand residential interiors practically, and be able to take a project from concept and 3D visualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop residential interior designs based on client requirements, lifestyle, functionality, and budget.
• Create effective space planning and furniture layouts for residential spaces.
• Design living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, pooja rooms, wardrobes, TV units, and other interior spaces.
• Create detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality and realistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, colour schemes, material selections, and design details.
• Prepare layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and other design documentation required for execution.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
• Present designs and 3D visualizations to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with the site and execution teams to ensure the approved design is implemented correctly.
• Visit project sites when required and understand actual site conditions.
• Identify design and execution challenges and provide practical design solutions.
• Manage assigned design deliverables and complete work within project timelines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SketchUp and Enscape is mandatory.
• Ability to independently create complete residential interiors in SketchUp.
• Ability to produce realistic and high-quality Enscape renders.
• Strong understanding of residential space planning, furniture layouts, proportions, and functionality.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, colours, lighting, furniture, and interior detailing.
• Practical understanding of residential interior execution and construction.
• Ability to understand and prepare interior design drawings and documentation.
• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Portfolio showcasing residential interior projects is mandatory.

Good to Have

• Practical residential site experience.
• Knowledge of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
• Understanding of carpentry and interior materials.
• Knowledge of electrical, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior execution requirements.
• Experience in client presentations and design discussions.
• Experience handling projects from concept to execution.

Work Location & Joining

• This is a 100% Work From Office position in Chennai.
• Work From Home / Remote work is not available.
• Candidates from outside Chennai may apply if they are willing to relocate.
