You will take ownership of civil site development projects, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships, budgets and schedules. The role combines hands-on engineering oversight with team leadership and business development across residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The Ideal Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license.5+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.Experience managing civil site development projects within a consulting environment.Experience delivering residential, commercial and/or industrial site development plans.Strong technical understanding of water, sewer and storm drainage infrastructure.Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
