In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolve issues, process requests, and document interactions using CRM tools. You’ll troubleshoot basic technical and account concerns, follow defined workflows, and meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets. Working within a collaborative, inclusive team, you’ll receive training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into advanced CX, analytics, or client management roles.
