Field Engineer (IMAC) – L1

Job Summary:

We are looking for an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support and handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and relocate workstations and network-connected devices.
• Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist users with basic desktop and technical issues.
• Follow site procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with remote support teams when required.
• Complete assigned tickets and provide timely status updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support .
• Hands-on experience with IMAC services.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and handle IT equipment
