BMC Consultant – Banking

We are looking for an experienced BMC Consultant with strong expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM to support and enhance IT service management solutions in a banking environment. Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and support BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM . Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management modules. Develop workflows, forms, filters, escalations, notifications, and approvals. Integrate BMC with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs . Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Support critical banking applications and ensure SLA compliance. Create reports, dashboards, and technical documentation. Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams. Ensure solutions meet banking security, audit, and compliance requirements. Required Skills 3 years of hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix experience. Strong knowledge of BMC ITSM and ITIL processes. Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, and production support . Good understanding of enterprise application environments. BFSI/Banking domain experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
