We’re Hiring | Admission In-Charge

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Admission In-Charge to join our team.

Position: Admission In-Charge

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete student admission and enquiry process.

* Handle parent/student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels.

* Counsel parents and students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.

* Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.

* Coordinate with academic and administration teams for smooth admissions.

* Achieve admission and enrolment targets.

* Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

* Ensure a positive experience for parents and students throughout the admission process.

Candidate Profile:

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong counselling and convincing abilities

✅ Good knowledge of admission processes

✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach

✅ Good command of MS Office and basic reporting

✅ Prior experience in a school/education institution will be an advantage.
