• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube .
• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing creatives .
• Develop creative designs for legal awareness campaigns, corporate campaigns, events, webinars, and India LawShield services .
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs accordingly.
• Convert complex legal concepts into simple, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand content .
• Maintain consistency in India LawShield's brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual language .
• Create creatives for lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns .
• Design promotional material for moot court competitions, legal events, partnerships, and college outreach campaigns .
• Adapt existing creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing trends .
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new creative concepts and campaign ideas .
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience .
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma , or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives .
• Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy .
• Ability to create designs that are both creative and business-focused .
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with legal, corporate, professional services, or B2B brands .
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics .
• Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, GIFs, and animated social media creatives .
• Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats .
• Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing.
