We are Hiring for client: Key Account Manager

Location: Mumbai West

Experience: 6+ Years

Are you passionate about building strategic customer relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow key customer accounts through value-based selling, cross-functional collaboration, and strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute strategic Key Account Plans with short and medium-term growth objectives.

✅ Deliver annual sales targets, improve share of wallet, and enhance account profitability.

✅ Drive regular engagement between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.

✅ Monitor and publish Key Account performance dashboards.

✅ Manage opportunity pipelines for share gain initiatives and innovation projects.

✅ Ensure timely collection of receivables and achievement of DSO targets.

✅ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.

✔ Strong understanding of the sales process and value-based selling methodologies.

✔ Hands-on knowledge of SPIN Selling techniques.

✔ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

✔ Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✔ Good understanding of business metrics, customer value creation, and organizational dynamics.

✔ BE/ with MBA preferred (not mandatory).
