Job Location (Full Address): 2613 W Henrietta Rd, Suite A, Brighton, New York, United States of America, 14623 Opening: Work Shift: UR - Day (United States of America) Range: Compensation Range: $30.33 - $85,176.00 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: We are seeking Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing team of Mental Health Therapists practicing in the division of Community Psychiatry. Department The University of Rochester Department of Psychiatry is among the region's leading academic behavioral health programs, providing innovative, compassionate care across a diverse network of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services. Division The Division of Community Psychiatry is dedicated to helping adults and children overcome barriers that impact their mental health and recovery. Qualifications: - Master's degree from a Counsel for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP) accredited program with major coursework in mental health counseling required Licensure: - NYS licensure as a mental health practitioner (e.g., Mental Health Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist) upon hire - If licensure has not been obtained upon employment, an active limited permit or submitted application to the NYS Department of Education upon hire required - With limited permit, NYS licensure as a mental health practitioner is required within 36 months of hire The University of Rochester is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving an inclusive and welcoming culture to advance the University's Mission to Learn, Discover, Heal, Create - and Make the World Ever Better.
