Role Overview

We are looking for an Analyst with a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Physics combined with practical Data Analytics skills. The role involves analysing energy, operational and business datasets and developing dashboards, MIS reports and actionable insights.

Mandatory Eligibility

Electrical Engineering or relevant Physics educational background

Hands-on SQL experience for querying, joins, data extraction and analysis

Minimum 6 months of practical Data Analytics experience OR demonstrable analytical projects

Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and/or Advanced Excel

Preferred Experience

Solar or Renewable Energy

Electrical Operations & Maintenance

Energy / Power Operations

Grid performance and load analysis

Smart-meter or electricity-consumption analytics

Key Responsibilities

Analyse grid performance, outages, load demand and maintenance data

Analyse smart-meter and electricity-consumption datasets

Monitor solar generation and operational performance

Develop dashboards and KPI/MIS reports using Power BI, Tableau and Excel

Extract, prepare and analyse datasets using SQL

Identify operational trends, exceptions and performance gaps

Convert raw operational data into meaningful management insights

Support cross-functional reporting for Operations and Finance

Required Technical Skills

SQL | Power BI | Tableau | Advanced Excel | Data Analysis | Dashboard Development | MIS Reporting | Data Visualization

Python/R will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation

Approx. ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month
