SALES REP WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION
Phantom Water Damage Restoration · Concord, North Carolina, United States
FULL TIMEpermanent
Job Description
STOP SCROLLING IF YOU'RE COMPETITIVE AND TIRED OF A CEILING ON YOUR INCOME.
Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.
Phantom Restoration is hiring one Project Signer. Not ten. One. Because we don't hire a class of reps and see who survives we hire one person, invest in them heavily, and expect them to become a top-paid person on our team within 12 months.
If you've ever sold anything face-to-face and thought "I could make real money if the leads were actually good and the company wasn't broken" — read the rest of this.
THE OPPORTUNITYWater damage doesn't wait for a good economy. A pipe bursts, a water heater fails, a storm floods a basement — and the homeowner needs someone in their house within hours, not "we'll get back to you." That urgency is what makes this business recession-resistant, and it's why the person who shows up first and signs the job wins it.We already have the leads. Referral partners, plumbers, insurance adjusters, and repeat customers send us water damage calls every week. Your job isn't to find the work — it's to show up, build trust with a homeowner having one of the worst days of their year, and get the contract signed so our crews can start mitigating damage.
THE ROLE — WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DORespond to active water damage calls (often same-day/emergency) and meet homeowners on-siteWalk the property, assess the scope of loss, and explain the mitigation process in plain EnglishBuild enough trust in 20 minutes to get the contract signed on the spotCoordinate the handoff to our mitigation and reconstruction crews so the job gets startedWork insurance-involved jobs — communicate with adjusters and keep the homeowner informedFollow up on pending signatures and keep your pipeline of active opportunities movingThis is not cold calling. This is not door-knocking a neighborhood. The homeowner already called us — your job is to close the meeting, not generate it.
WHAT YOU'LL MAKEBase salary + uncapped commission on every job you sign. No cap. No "commission draw" games. The more jobs you close, the more you make — permanently.First-year target: $110,000–$150,000+Ramp-up support and training provided in your first 60–90 days so you're not thrown in coldIf you need a guaranteed ceiling to feel safe, this isn't your role. If a ceiling has always been the thing holding you back, this is exactly your role.
WHO WINS IN THIS ROLEWe care far more about how you show up than what's on your resume. You can walk into a stranger's worst day and make them feel like everything's under controlYou're comfortable asking for the signature — not hoping for itYou have urgency. When a call comes in, you move. xzbcwsv You want to be measured and paid on results, not tenureExperience in restoration, insurance, roofing, solar, or any high-ticket in-home sales is a plus — but attitude and closing ability beat industry background every time.
WHY PHANTOMWarm, inbound leads — you're not building your own pipeline from zeroAppointments are set for youEstablished referral network (plumbers, adjusters, repeat customers) feeding you opportunitiesA real operations team behind you (mitigation, billing, field management) so you're not doing this aloneA company that's growing and promotes from inside
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkAvailability for after-hours/emergency calls when they come in (this is part of what makes the money real)
