Diagnostic Care Coordinator

Intermountain Health is seeking a Diagnostic Care Coordinator to support patient-centered, team-based care across our integrated system. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests and procedures, track orders and results, and ensure timely follow-up for patients and providers. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, clinical teams, and diagnostic services, helping patients understand instructions and next steps. Working in our mission-driven, collaborative environment, you’ll use EHR and reporting tools, contribute to process improvements, and help advance high-quality, affordable care for our communities.
