We are looking for an experienced 3D animator who specializes in r oblox / Minecraft-style short-form storytelling animation .

⚠️ Freshers are NOT eligible.

We are looking for artists with 2+ years of professional 3D animation experience and proven previous work.

This is NOT a general 3D animator position. We specifically need an artist experienced in character acting, facial expressions, storytelling, dynamic camera work, timing, pacing, and cinematic presentation.

We are not looking for an exact copy of these channels. We want an artist who understands the overall quality, storytelling, character acting, facial expressions, camera work and pacing shown in these references.

Responsibilities

We will provide:

• Characters

• Script

• Voice-over

• Creative direction / references

You will be responsible for:

• Character animation and acting

• Strong facial expressions and emotional reactions

• Strong facial expressions and emotional reactions

• Body language and character performance

• Creating and setting up the scene/environment yourself

• Dynamic and cinematic camera work

• Matching animation accurately with the voice-over

• Strong timing and pacing

• Scene transitions

• Final polished animation/render

⭐ Requirements

• 2+ years of professional 3D animation experience

• Previous completed animation projects

• Strong character animation and acting skills

• Good understanding of timing and storytelling

• Strong cinematic camera skills

• Ability to create scenes/environments independently

• Ability to work from a script + voice-over

• Ability to closely match visual references

• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

• Available for long-term work

• Ability to handle approximately 8–15 finished Shorts/projects per month , depending on project complexity

Freshers and applicants without relevant previous animation work will not be considered.

Payment

Starting Rate: ₹4,000 per finished minute

After working together for some time, the rate can increase based on:

• Quality

• Consistency

• Turnaround time

• Ability to match our required style

• Overall performance

The rate can increase up to ₹6,000 per finished minute .

We are looking for a long-term artist, with potential for regular work and increased rates over time.
