Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of one of our Kolkata-based clients —a fast-growing brand in the high-end interior fitout, furniture, and turnkey design solutions space.
They specialize in delivering luxury residential and premium commercial projects , working closely with leading architects, interior designers, and HNI clients .
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Head who can lead the luxury sales function, build strong industry relationships, and drive high-value project closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow regional sales for luxury furniture & interior fitout projects
- Build and manage relationships with top architects, interior designers, and PMC firms
- Drive business through project sales, turnkey solutions, and bespoke offerings
- Manage and convert high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients
- Develop channel partnerships within the premium design ecosystem
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to project closure
Candidate Profile:
- 6–12+ years of experience in high-end / luxury sales
- Strong network within architect & interior designer community in Kolkata
- Preferred industry exposure:
- Furniture / Interior Fitout
- Carpets & Furnishings
- Sanitaryware / Bathware
- Tiles / Premium Building Materials
- Proven track record of handling large-ticket size projects
- Strong understanding of design-led sales and client servicing
