We are hiring on behalf of an established commercial General Contractor looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team for an immediate project in Homestead, FL.
The company specializes in automotive dealership construction, delivering ground-up builds and major renovation projects throughout Florida.
The initial project is the renovation of an existing dealership showroom, with a further two phases of construction planned.
What You'll Be DoingManage day-to-day field operationsCoordinate subcontractors, trades and vendorsDrive the construction schedule and project milestonesOversee site safety and qualityManage work within an existing/operational commercial environmentCoordinate closely with Project Management and ownershipIdentify and resolve field issuesManage the project through punch, closeout and turnover
What We're Looking ForCommercial construction Superintendent experienceStrong ground-up and/or commercial renovation backgroundExperience independently managing projects in the fieldStrong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skillsAutomotive dealership experience is a plus, but not requiredExperience with retail, hospitality, commercial interiors, restaurants or other renovation-heavy commercial projects will also be considered
