Junior Social Media Manager Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Experience: 0–1 Year Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role Digital Aakaar is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys creating content, follows digital trends, and wants to build practical experience working with real brands. You will work closely with the team and be involved in the day-to-day management of social media accounts, content planning, execution, and performance tracking across multiple clients. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day social media activities for client accounts Plan and maintain monthly content calendars Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, and other social media formats Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy Research social media trends, trending formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement Track social media performance and prepare basic reports Assist with social media strategy and campaign planning Ensure content is aligned with each brand's tone, objectives, and guidelines What We’re Looking For 0–1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content, or a related field Freshers with relevant internships, projects, or a strong understanding of social media are welcome to apply Good written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms Good sense of content, trends, and what works on social media Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Why Join Digital Aakaar?
