Role Summary

Own the front end of the sales funnel for Maitri Advisors' vCFO vertical — building and enriching a database of prospective clients, and running outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified conversations for Aman and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients matching Maitri's ICP.
• Identify and record correct decision-maker contacts.
• Run daily outbound cold calling and follow-up outreach to prospects on the list.
• Send outreach emails/LinkedIn messages using approved templates and messaging.
• Qualify leads against the ICP and Lead Qualification Guide before handing off.
• Log every call, email, and response in the lead tracker same-day — no backlog.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls/meetings.
• Share weekly outreach summary and pipeline status.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Comfortable with high call volumes and cold outreach.
• Clear spoken and written English/Hindi communication.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; comfortable learning a CRM/lead tracker.
• Organized, persistent, and coachable — this is a data-and-dial-heavy role.
• Prior exposure to F&B, QSR, or SME/founder-led businesses is a plus.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

• Prospect database for all four target cities is built and current.
• Daily cold-calling rhythm established and logged consistently.
• First set of qualified meetings booked for Aman/sales consultant.
