This position requires hands-on setup and programming experience and is not an operator-only role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in blueprint reading, comfortable working independently with their own tools, and experienced with both mills and lathes.  Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathesRead and interpret blueprints proficiently to complete machining workPrepare machines, tooling, and setups for productionUse personal machinist tools as required to perform assigned workMonitor machining operations to support accurate, quality production Qualifications and Requirements:Previous experience setting up and programming CNC mills and lathes is requiredAbility to operate CNC mills and lathes after completing machine setupProficient blueprint-reading skills Benefits and Perks:Starting pay of $20.00+ per hour, based on skill and experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility401(k)Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay cardReferral bonus programOpportunity to apply advanced CNC setup and programming skills in an established manufacturing environment Your New Organization: Join an established manufacturing operation in Mentor, OH, where experienced machinists play an important role in day-to-day production.
