Assistant Manager - Taxation & Compliance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage financial reporting, taxation, intercompany accounting, statutory audits, and corporate compliance across multiple group entities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in managing end-to-end financial and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax, statutory filings, and tax reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, transactions, and balance confirmations across group entities.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, IND AS workings, provisions, fixed asset accounting, and Notes to Accounts.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and stock audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Manage ROC and secretarial compliances, including AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, DIR filings, MSME, CSR, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, IND AS, Companies Act, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit management, and corporate compliances.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Sage/Tally/Oracle) and Advanced Excel.
• Experience managing finance and compliance across multiple legal entities.
