Key Responsibilities :

Develop customized workout plans based on individual fitness levels, goals, and health conditions. Conduct personal training sessions and provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper exercise techniques and safety. Perform fitness assessments and create structured fitness roadmaps for clients. Monitor client performance, track progress, and modify training programs to maximize results. Educate members on exercise principles, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Build strong relationships with clients to enhance motivation, accountability, and retention. Maintain a positive and energetic training environment within the facility. Support gym initiatives and contribute to member engagement and business growth.

Desired Qualifications:

Background in Sports, Athletics, Physical Education, or Fitness Training. Strong understanding of strength training, functional fitness, mobility, and conditioning techniques. Interest or experience in Calisthenics, Cross Fit-style training, HIIT, or performance-based fitness programs. Excellent personal fitness levels with professional grooming and presentation. Passionate about inspiring people to lead healthier lifestyles. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly. Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to continuously learn and grow. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant fitness certifications will be an added advantage.
