Role Summary Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with the Founder, CFO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, transformation and operational excellence. This role combines strategy, analytics and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution Drive growth, cost optimization and business transformation initiatives Build business cases, conduct analysis and present recommendations Manage large-scale programs, timelines, governance and stakeholder alignment Track business performance and identify improvement opportunities Support leadership on strategic decisions, market analysis and special projects Ideal Candidate 4–8 years' experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting Strong business acumen, structured problem solving and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes MBA from a premier institute preferred Success Measures Deliver measurable revenue growth and cost savings Successfully execute company-wide strategic initiatives Strengthen execution rigor and governance across functions Become a trusted partner to the leadership team
