Lead / Director, SaaS Operations

Role summary A senior, hands-on SaaS operations leader who owns the build, operation, security, and compliance of all Azure infrastructure across production and lower environments, and leads a small DevOps/infrastructure team. Key responsibilities Own the Azure estate end to end across all environments — compute, networking, identity, and data. Bring every environment under Infrastructure-as-Code with automated, rollback-safe CI/CD. Define and run the reliability practice: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, alerting, incident response, and blameless postmortems. Operate security and compliance: least-privilege access, secret and certificate/mTLS lifecycle, and HIPAA/SOC 2 evidence. Manage cloud cost and capacity; lead, mentor, and grow a small DevOps/infrastructure team. Required skills and experie
