Overview To provide multi-disciplined, skilled building operations and maintenance services, using generally accepted engineering and maintenance practices, to institutional, office, commercial and other type of buildings as assigned. Corrective maintenance is the prime function. Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, minor renovation support and building occupant general maintenance services are prime functions.
