Maintenance Tech - 1st Shift

Performs troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, facility systems, conveyors, and control systems. Job Requirements Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

Experience using electrical and mechanical testing equipment

Knowledge of industrial control systems

Knowledge of plant safety procedures, safe lifting practices, machine operation requirements, and personal protective equipment

Ability to complete required work orders and maintenance documentation

Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Skills Experience maintaining conveyors, fixtures, production equipment, and facility systems

Experience diagnosing and modifying industrial equipment

Experience with equipment lubrication and preventive maintenance

Experience documenting parts and material usage

Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, facility systems, and related machinery

Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate industrial equipment

Maintain industrial control systems

Record and report repairs completed throughout each shift

Complete work order documentation

Document parts and materials used during maintenance activities

Follow plant safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements
