Bacca Bucci is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho Books , along with a good working knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting .

Experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting or the fashion industry will be an added advantage.

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations .
• Prepare, verify, and manage B2B invoices and related documentation.
• Assist in GST and TDS compliance , including preparation of relevant data and supporting documents.
• Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting-related matters.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team in month-end closing and other accounting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

• B.Com or equivalent qualification .
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime or Zoho Books .
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel .
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS .
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.

The following experience will be considered an added advantage :

• Experience with e-commerce marketplace accounting , including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
• Prior experience in D2C businesses .
• Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail accounting .
• Experience handling high-volume transactions and marketplace settlements/reconciliations.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment . The candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and be willing to take responsibility for day-to-day accounting activities.
