We are seeking an energetic Holiday Sales Manager to lead local sales operations, build strong corporate and retail client networks, and expand our travel footprint across assigned zonal territories. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Leadership: Drive zonal holiday sales targets by monitoring daily branch metrics and executing strategic sales plans. Lead Conversion Management: Supervise branch-level lead distribution, ensuring high conversion rates through structured follow-ups and CRM tracking. Product Alignment: Work closely with the Central Product Team to customize holiday packages that meet local market demand. Marketing & Brand Visibility: Lead local marketing initiatives, including travel expos, B2B meets, and promotional campaigns to expand brand reach. Market Expansion: Identify emerging regional client segments (FIT/GIT/Corporate) and tailor dedicated travel solutions. Key Requirements Experience: 5 years of core sales experience in a reputable travel/tourism company. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred). Technical Qualifications: Mandatory Valid IATA Certification . Hands-on expertise with GDS/CRS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) is a distinct advantage. Skills: Strong regional market awareness, B2B/B2C client acquisition, and team leadership.
