We help residential and commercial/industrial customers switch to clean energy under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, backed by strong EMI and financing support. Role Overview We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to generate business, expand our market presence, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage sales inquiries through various channels Identify and develop new geographic/market areas for business growth Drive B2B sales with commercial and industrial clients Drive B2C sales with residential customers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements Prior sales experience in the solar energy industry preferred Alternatively, candidates with proven experience achieving sales targets of ₹20 Lakhs per month in any industry will be considered Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable with field-based, target-oriented work Two-wheeler/willingness to travel within Vadodara and surrounding areas What We Offer Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives and allowances Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, government-approved solar company Be part of India's clean energy transition To Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through this listing or share their resume.
