Project manager

Position Overview

This is a project-based role responsible for managing project execution, driving outreach initiatives, coordinating registrations, and overseeing on-ground team operations across assigned cities. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between managers and the field team, ensuring smooth project delivery and achieving project objectives and targets. Key Responsibilities

Drive outreach and registration processes across assigned cities to meet project objectives Achieve and track targets set by the Project Head, providing regular progress updates and reporting on target achievement Manage and coordinate registration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection while monitoring conversion metrics Oversee on-ground team management, including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring team alignment with target goals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and target achievement Prepare regular progress reports communicating updates on outreach activities, registration numbers, and target achievement to project leadership Manage project logistics, resources, and budget allocation as required to support outreach and registration activities Troubleshoot on-ground issues and implement timely solutions to maintain momentum in achieving targets Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategies for better target achievement Required Skills & Competencies Excellent project management and organizational skills Team leadership and motivation capabilities Data management and attention to detail Problem-solving and decision-making skills Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve goals Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments Experience & Qualifications 2-3 years of project management or field coordination experience Proven track record in team management and outreach operations with demonstrated target achievement Experience in managing multiple projects across different locations/cities Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
