We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Special Education Teacher to support a school in DuPage County, Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:• Start Date: ASAP• End Date: 05/28/2027• Location: DuPage County, Illinois• On-Site, 35 hours per week• School Year: 2026-2027
Qualifications:• Valid Illinois State LBS1 Teaching Certification for Special Education.• Experience working within inclusive or specialized classroom settings.• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s needs.• Collaborate with general education staff and support teams to design inclusive lesson plans.• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.• Manage classroom behavior and facilitate social skill development.• Communicate regularly with families and support staff regarding student development.
