The Role:-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with a strong understanding of conceptual designing, aesthetic sensibility with the technical depth to see a design through to flawless execution. The ideal candidate will work with the design team for residential and commercial projects, translating creative vision into precise, buildable detail — working closely with our internal team, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

⦁ Lead design development for luxury residential and commercial interior projects, from concept through execution.

⦁ Develop detailed design layouts, furniture drawings, sectional details, ceiling and flooring layouts, and wall elevations that reflect the studio's design language.

⦁ Translate design concepts into technically sound, execution-ready drawings aligned with site conditions and project requirements.

⦁ Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure design intent is preserved through construction.

⦁ Review and refine drawings and details as designs evolve, ensuring accuracy and buildability at every stage.

⦁ Maintain thorough documentation, revisions, and version control across the project lifecycle.

⦁ Provide technical detailing expertise and hands-on problem-solving support to the project team throughout execution.

⦁ Mentor and guide junior team members on design detailing and drawing standards.

Required Skills & Experience:-

⦁ 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to luxury residential and commercial projects.

⦁ Strong design sensibility paired with excellent command over technical detailing and construction documentation.

⦁ Proven ability to produce accurate, execution-ready drawings with meticulous attention to detail.

⦁Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software.

⦁ Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

⦁ Strong problem-solving instincts and a sharp eye for detail and finish.
