Position
Client Service - Account management
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry: Corporate Insurance Broking (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end servicing of corporate client accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary point of contact.
Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Claims, and Underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage the Client Help Desk by addressing client queries and service requests within defined timelines.
Coordinate and support key stakeholders during Annual Health Check-ups (AHCs) and hospitalizations to ensure a seamless client experience.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and account reviews
Drive high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Corporate Insurance Broking is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits (EB) and Commercial Insurance products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-centric with strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
