Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-ready data products using Snowflake and its AI capabilities.
• Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable AI/data product architectures .
• Build and productionize data products that support GenAI, LLM, AI-agent, ML, and advanced analytics use cases .
• Develop scalable data pipelines, data models, and transformations within Snowflake.
• Leverage the Snowflake AI ecosystem to build intelligent data applications and AI-driven solutions.
• Work with capabilities such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, Snowpark, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search , or equivalent Snowflake AI services.
• Design solutions for structured and unstructured data to support AI and analytics applications.
• Develop reusable, governed data products that can be consumed by AI applications, data scientists, analysts, and business users.
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, AI product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of AI/data products through the complete lifecycle:
• requirement → architecture → development → testing → deployment → production support .
• Design and implement data models and semantic structures optimized for AI consumption.
• Develop Python and SQL-based data transformations and AI/data workflows.
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and reliability mechanisms.
• Use Git/GitHub-based development practices, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Ensure appropriate security, access controls, governance, and data privacy for AI data products.
• Document technical architecture, data flows, AI use cases, and product design decisions.
• Work with enterprise/legacy data environments and contribute to modernization initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Products, or related disciplines .
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing data products , particularly products that support AI/ML or GenAI use cases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake .
• Strong practical knowledge of the Snowflake AI ecosystem .
• Experience with one or more of:
• Snowflake Cortex
• Snowflake Intelligence
• Snowpark
• Cortex Analyst
• Cortex Search
• Snowflake ML
• Snowflake AI/ML functions
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience designing Snowflake data models, schemas, pipelines, and scalable data architectures.
• Experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions using enterprise data .
• Understanding of LLM, RAG, AI agents, vector search, embeddings, or related GenAI concepts.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities with enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, governance, security, and access control.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including data engineering, data science, AI/ML, product, and business teams.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
