Job Title: Photography & Videography Executive

Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photography & Videography Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, brand films, and other promotional assets. This role requires a strong visual aesthetic, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, and account teams to produce engaging visual content aligned with client objectives.
• Execute product shoots, lifestyle shoots, corporate shoots, and campaign shoots across studio and on-location environments.
• Handle the complete production process, including concept execution, framing, lighting, audio setup, camera operations, and post-production.
• Edit videos for multiple formats, including reels, short-form content, advertisements, and brand films.
• Retouch and edit photographs while maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of photos, videos, and other creative assets for future use.
• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it remains in excellent working condition.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors during shoots whenever required.
• Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, editing techniques, and social media content trends to create innovative and engaging content.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Must-Have Requirement:

• Candidates must own and be proficient in using a 4K Full Frame DSLR. This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
• 1–2 years of experience in photography and videography, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or digital marketing environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, or D2C brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for editing and content creation.
