Finance Executive - A Business Consulting & Services Group, Mumbai

Job Summary: Our client, is looking to hire a Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance for the role of Finance Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining general ledgers, reconciliations, managing vendor payments and relationships, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the timely filing of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and PF. The role also involves supporting month-end, year-end financial closure activities, as well as assisting in audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and book keeping.
• Process vendor payments and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Handle Bank, Vendor, Customer, and Inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Having knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to multi-company accounting and MIS reporting are preferable.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial analysis).

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance role
