Hydrovac Excavation Crew Lead

Badger Daylighting is seeking an Industrial Crew Lead to supervise field hydrovac excavation operations for construction and industrial clients. You will lead a small crew, coordinate daily job planning, operate and oversee hydrovac equipment, and ensure strict adherence to Badger’s safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include site setup, directing excavation around underground utilities, completing job documentation, training new crew members, communicating with customers, and supporting continuous improvement while delivering professional, efficient, and damage-free service.
