A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are seeking to fill the position of CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant.

• $22.68 to $25.87 per hour based on experience.
• Every Other Weekend required.
• Full-Time Day shift.
• Part-Time Day and Evening shifts.

• NY CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• SNF and LTC experience preferred.

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
• Assist resident with range of motion exercises.
• Assist with transport to wheelchair and activity areas.
• Monitor and record temperature, food and fluid intake and output.
• Meet the communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicate changes in residents’ clinical condition.
