We’re Hiring: Senior Product Manager | Infāque

Infāque is a growing donor engagement and fundraising technology platform helping nonprofits manage donors, donations, campaigns, recurring giving, events, communications, analytics, and more — all in one ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of the product and help us scale it to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Own Infāque’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization .
• Work closely with founders, engineering, design, QA, sales, and customers.
• Understand nonprofit and fundraising challenges and turn them into impactful product solutions.
• Lead product discovery, customer research, requirements, and feature development from idea to launch.
• Create clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria .
• Develop product go to market strategy and
• Use product data, customer feedback, and market insights to drive decisions.
• Manage integrations, payment workflows, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and improved donor experiences .
• Own product quality, releases, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience , preferably in SaaS, B2B, NonProfit Tech, CRM, payments, or similar technology.
• Strong experience owning and scaling software products.
• Excellent understanding of product discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and Agile development.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding APIs/integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility .
• Experience with AI-powered products or nonprofit technology is a strong plus.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a Product Owner, not a project coordinator — someone who can identify the right problems, challenge assumptions, make informed decisions, and take ownership from idea → execution → measurable outcome.
