This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Executive to take ownership of a portfolio of active high-rise projects, driving delivery performance, financial control, and execution standards across multiple jobs simultaneously.

The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of executive leadership and active project delivery.You will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent high-rise projects, providing strategic direction and operational control while supporting Senior Project Managers and field leadership teams across all active jobs.
You will act as a key driver of performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a consistently high standard of execution across the portfolio.This is not a passive oversight role. It is a builder’s executive position requiring strong commercial judgement, field awareness, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Project Delivery LeadershipOversee several active ground-up high-rise projects concurrentlyProvide direct leadership and support to Senior Project Managers and field teamsAlign execution strategy across all projects to ensure consistent delivery standards
Financial & Commercial OversightFull responsibility for project financial performance across assigned portfolioDrive forecasting accuracy, cost control, and margin protectionReview and approve major subcontract awards, procurement strategy, and change order exposureMaintain strong commercial discipline across all active projects
Schedule & Execution ControlEnsure schedule integrity across multiple projectsOversee CPM schedules, sequencing strategies, and recovery planning where requiredHold teams accountable for milestone delivery and turnover targets
Risk & Operational LeadershipIdentify and manage project and portfolio riskEnsure consistent application of company standards across all sitesSupport resolution of commercial, contractual, and operational issues
Leadership & Team DevelopmentMentor and develop Senior Project Managers and xzbcwsv project teamsSupport resource allocation across multiple live projectsDrive a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence
Client & Executive InterfaceAct as senior point of contact for project stakeholders and ownership groupsLead executive reporting on project performance across portfolioMaintain strong relationships with clients and design and consultant teams
