Technical application specialist

We are hiring a Fresher – Technical Application Specialist | MISSO Robotics for Vapi - Location to provide clinical and technical support for robotic-assisted orthopedic products and procedures.
The role involves supporting surgeons during orthopedic surgeries, conducting product training sessions, assisting with product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to ensure optimal customer experience and surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide intraoperative technical support during orthopedic procedures
Assist surgeons and OT staff during robotic-assisted surgeries
Train surgeons, OT staff, and distributors on orthopedic products and surgical techniques
Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and launches
Coordinate workshops, cadaver labs, and clinical education activities
Gather customer feedback and support continuous product improvement
Maintain case documentation and field activity reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Fresher from Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of studies
Strong communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in clinical environments
Willingness to travel extensively and work in OT environments
Candidates with internship/project exposure in medical devices, robotics, or orthopedics will have an added advantage
