Our new psychiatry outpatient clinic is an exciting addition to our services, and we are seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of mental health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities. Conduct community outreach and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (Ph. D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological assessments. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting. Specialization or certification in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT). Familiarity with EHR systems and digital documentation. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
