Hiring: Senior Test Engineer – AML/CFT (SIRON.One) | UAE Banking Domain

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in AML/CFT compliance systems , UAE Banking regulations , and hands-on experience with the SIRON.One application suite .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead QA testing of compliance platforms to ensure adherence to CBUAE regulations , Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025 , and FATF guidelines .

✅ Perform functional testing and validation of SIRON modules including:

• AML
• KYC
• Embargo Screening

✅ Validate alert generation logic aligned with UAE-specific money laundering typologies.

✅ Test and verify goAML portal integrations , including:

• Data extraction validation
• XML schema transformations
• Regulatory reporting workflows

✅ Validate sanctions and PEP screening processes against:

• UAE Local Terrorist Lists
• UN Security Council Sanctions Lists
• Global watchlists

✅ Assess customer risk-scoring models and ensure compliance handling for:

• High-risk jurisdictions
• Complex corporate structures
• Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO)

✅ Design, develop, and execute AML/CFT-focused test cases and test scenarios.

✅ Manage the complete defect lifecycle using JIRA/ALM , ensuring compliance-related issues are addressed before release.

✅ Provide daily status reporting on:

• Test execution progress
• Risks & Issues
• RAG status
• QA metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Domain Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Banking QA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance testing within UAE/GCC banking environments .
• Strong understanding of:
• CBUAE regulations
• FATF compliance requirements
• goAML reporting framework
• UAE banking compliance processes

Application Expertise

• Hands-on experience in SIRON.One / SIRON AML Suite testing and validation.
• Experience with AML, KYC, Sanctions, PEP, and Embargo screening modules.

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills for backend validation, reconciliation, and data verification.
• Experience with JIRA, ALM, and defect management processes.
• Knowledge of test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
