Remote HR Generalist - Own Compliance, Recruiting & People Ops

Patco Brands is seeking an HR Generalist to join our lean three-person HR team. You will own day-to-day people issues, manage state tax compliance, and help run recruiting with our outside recruiters for leadership roles.

You’ll work directly with the Head of HR and the HR Specialist, handling end-to-end processes in a fast-growing beverage company where priorities shift and ownership is valued.
